The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has reacted to the information that the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof. Mahmood Yakubu appointed Mrs Amina Zakari, a nice of President Muhammadu Buhari as the Chairperson of the Commission Advisory Committee and Presidential Election Collation Centre Committee.
