The Nigerian Federal government is to withdraw $1bn from the Excess Crude Account to fight Boko Haram insurgency in the North-East Region of Nigeria.
This was disclosed on Thursday by the Edo State governor, Mr. Godwin Obaseki in the State House, Abuja.
