An Edo State High Court sitting in Benin has dismissed a N500m libel suit instituted by the Chairman, Board of Trustees of the People’s Democratic Party, Chief Tony Anenih, against the Chief Press Secretary to Governor Adams Oshiomhole, Mr. Peter Okhiria and the Edo State Broadcasting Service.
